Saad has advised and represented clients in arbitrations and mediations proceedings including cases administered by the ICC, IATA, WIPO as well as ad hoc arbitrations pursuant to the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
His cases include commercial disputes in a variety sectors, including construction, energy, aviation
and distribution.
He is an accredited Mediator and Master Trainer with the IFC (World Bank Group).
He advised IFC in relation the draft law on court-connected mediation under the framework of
Morocco’s National Investment Climate Committee.
He regularly conducts training sessions for lawyers on mediation. He has carried out mediation
training for the Moroccan Association of Women Entrepreneurs and IFC.
He is a lecturer at Hassan II University Casablanca where he teaches Arbitration and ADR.
Saad heads the arbitration and ADR practice at DLA Piper Casablanca.
