Marie-Aude heads the Dispute Resolution department at AREVA, a worldwide player of the nuclear energy sector which headquarters are based in Paris. She acts as General Counsel in complex commercial and investment arbitration proceedings and in French and cross-border litigations.
Marie-Aude has taught international private law and French civil and commercial law at Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, Université Paris Sud Sceaux and the ESSEC business school from 2007 to 2013. She is a qualified French lawyer and has been trained to mediation skills.
Prior to joining AREVA in 2013, Marie-Aude was an associate in the international arbitration department of White & Case LLP in Paris and then in the litigation department of Wilhelm & Associés, a French litigation boutique firm. The innovative nature and excellence of the advice provided by the Dispute Resolution department of AREVA was praised by the awarding of the French “Best Dispute Resolution Department of the Year” 2016 (Trophées du Droit Entreprises – France).
